**Fik-Rago grants the Buyer full commercial rights, including the right to resell, modify, and rebrand the purchased digital products.**
* **Grant of Rights:** Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, sell, transfer, and distribute the purchased digital files.
* **Permitted Use:** You may use the products for personal use, commercial projects, or sell them to your own customers, retaining 100% of the profits. **You are permitted to rebrand the products and remove Fik-Rago's name for resale.**
* **Limitation:** You may NOT claim copyright ownership of the original, unedited files. You may NOT use Fik-Rago’s branding, logo, or website copy to promote the resold products.
### 5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
**We provide all products and content "as is" without any guarantees.** We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, financial loss, or harm resulting from the use or misuse of the content or digital products purchased. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the results and application of the information provided.
